The Divine Springtime is come, O Most Exalted Pen, for the Festival of the All-Merciful is fast approaching. Bestir thyself, and magnify, before the entire creation, the name of God, and celebrate His praise, in such wise that all created things may be regenerated and made new. Speak, and hold not thy peace. The day star of blissfulness shineth above the horizon of Our name, the Blissful, inasmuch as the kingdom of the name of God hath been adorned with the ornament of the name of thy Lord, the Creator of the heavens. Arise before the nations of the earth, and arm thyself with the power of this Most Great Name, and be not of those who tarry.

A Second Letter To U.S. President Barack Obama

Wednesday, August 28th, 2013

Dear Mr. President,

I had hoped not to have to follow my previous letter to you with further urging in regard to the Syrian civil war. Unfortunately it seems necessary at this pivotal point in time while those of us who believe in the promise of Peace through Justice celebrate the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington, the Dream shared by Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King for economic and social Justice, and the turning point that day represented in that moment in time to move the Cause of God forward amongst the human population to this Day of God wherein you, Barack Obama hold the most powerful secular office on the planet.

In the interest of being succinct and as time may have already run out, I will simply point out a few key things which you must reflect upon for the sake of all that was recognized as sacred and attainable in the gathering on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial 50 years ago.
You spoke wrongly when you made your “Red Line” comment about Syria and the use of chemical weapons.
You are allowed to have mis-spoken and this in no way paints you into a corner and nothing of any negative significance will come from you admitting this to yourself and the nation. This requires courage though, as many will try to point their finger and make something of it. You should be at ease about that type and their behavior by now.
You do not have a moral mandate from God to take any military actions upon Syria.
MR. KERRY, demonstrated unmittigated gaul when railing about the use of chemical weapons. His outrage is transparent. Does Mr. Kerry think that ANY form of warfare and the use of ANY type of weapon against ANY human population is NOT a MORAL OBSCENITY??!!! HOW DARE Mr. Kerry speak as if ALL other forms of violence against even ONE fellow human is somehow NOT a MORAL OBSCENITY and then use that as a pretext to engaging in injecting the United States and others into the Syrian civil war by advocating that you as President perpetrate an act of war!!
Any use of any weaponry by you, Mr. President, will in very fact be exactly the MORAL OBSCENITY Mr. Kerry is so self-righteously indignant about!
Mr. President, if you choose to take military action and involve the United States in the Syrian civil war which by definition is an internal struggle of a sovereign nation, then you will be walking in the path that all the warmongers have walked for generations up to and including your immediate predecessors. It is their agression whether excused as “retaliative”, “surgical”, “punitive” or a host of other rhetorical euphamisms even now being spewed by those on the left and right and others which has been the cause of so much of the disintegration of the very dream Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King and so many others gave their very lives as martyrs to further and efflouresce into a reality for future generations beyond ours.
The act of courage that you are now faced with is the act of staying the military hand of this nation. It is an act of courage which you alone are empowered to perform and one which will surge THE DREAM ahead with unpredictable momentum if you will only have the vision to see that these two elements are intrinsically fused, inseparable and of immense magnitude in this most weighty and pivotal hour and the extra measure of humility to explain this to our Nation’s people.
I pray you will have the guidance of God The Most Glorious to make the only wise and courageous choice before you in this moment.
Yours in Baha’u’llah El Abha,

After passing through the Valley of knowledge, which is the last plane of limitation, the wayfarer cometh to the valley of unity and drinketh from the cup of the Absolute, and gazeth on the Manifestations of Oneness. In this station he pierceth the veils of plurality, fleeth from the worlds of the flesh, and ascendeth into the heaven of singleness. With the ear of God he heareth, with the eye of God he beholdeth the mysteries of divine creation. He steppeth into the sanctuary of the Friend, and shareth as an intimate the pavilion of the Loved One. He stretcheth out the hand of truth from the sleeve of the Absolute; he revealeth the secrets of power. He seeth in himself neither name nor fame nor rank, but findeth his own praise in praising God. He beholdeth in his own name the name of God; to him, “all songs are from the King,” and every melody from Him. He sitteth on the throne of “Say, all is from God,” and taketh his rest on the carpet of “There is no power or might but in God.” He looketh on all things with the eye of oneness, and seeth the brilliant rays of the divine sun shining from the dawning-point of Essence alike on all created things, and the lights of singleness reflected over all creation.

This is the Call of the All-Glorious which is proclaimed from the Supreme Horizon in the Prison of ‘Akká

He is the Expounder, the All-Knowing, the All-Informed.

GOD, the True One, testifieth and the Revealers of His names and attributes bear witness that Our sole purpose in raising the Call and in proclaiming His sublime Word is that the ear of the entire creation may, through the living waters of divine utterance, be purged from lying tales and become attuned to the holy, the glorious and exalted Word which hath issued forth from the repository of the knowledge of the Maker of the Heavens and the Creator of Names. Happy are they that judge with fairness.

One of the created phenomena is the dream. Behold how many secrets are deposited therein, how many wisdoms treasured up, how many worlds concealed. Observe, how thou art asleep in a dwelling, and its doors are barred; on a sudden thou findest thyself in a far-off city, which thou enterest without moving thy feet or wearying thy body; without using thine eyes, thou seest; without taxing thine ears, thou hearest; without a tongue, thou speakest. And perchance when ten years are gone, thou wilt witness in the outer world the very things thou hast dreamed tonight.

God, the Exalted, hath placed these signs in men, to the end that philosophers may not deny the mysteries of the life beyond nor belittle that which hath been promised them. For some hold to reason and deny whatever the reason comprehendeth not, and yet weak minds can never grasp the matters which we have related, but only the Supreme, Divine Intelligence can comprehend them…

All these states are to be witnessed in the Valley of Wonderment, and the traveler at every moment seeketh for more, and is not wearied. Thus the Lord of the First and the Last in setting forth the grades of contemplation, and expressing wonderment hath said: “O Lord, increase my astonishment at Thee!”

Likewise, reflect upon the perfection of man’s creation, and that all these planes and states are folded up and hidden away within him.

Then we must labor to destroy the animal condition, till the meaning of humanity shall come to light.

And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.
And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.
And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.
And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.
And the angel of the LORD protested unto Joshua, saying,
Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.
Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.
For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.

Zechariah Chapter 3, Holy Bible, KJV

And the Lord shewed me Jesus the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord: and Satan stood on his right hand to be his adversary.
And the Lord said to Satan: The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan: and the Lord that chose Jerusalem rebuke thee: Is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
And Jesus was clothed with filthy garments: and he stood before the face of the angel.
Who answered, and said to them that stood before him, saying: Take away the filthy garments from him. And he said to him: Behold I have taken away thy iniquity, and have clothed thee with change of garments.
And he said: Put a clean mitre upon his head: and they put a clean mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments, and the angel of the Lord stood.
And the angel of the Lord protested to Jesus, saying:
Thus saith the Lord of hosts: If thou wilt walk in my ways, and keep my charge, thou also shalt judge my house, and shalt keep my courts, and I will give thee some of them that are now present here to walk with thee.
Hear, O Jesus thou high priest, thou and thy friends that dwell before thee, for they are portending men: for behold I WILL BRING MY SERVANT THE ORIENT.
For behold the stone that I have laid before Jesus: upon one stone there are seven eyes: behold I will grave the graving thereof, saith the Lord of hosts: and I will take away the iniquity of that land in one day.
In that day, saith the Lord of hosts, every man shall call his friend under the vine and under the fig tree.

Zacharias (Zechariah) Chapter 3, Douay-Rheims Catholic Bible

Blessed he who hath attired his head with the diadem of My love. Blessed is he who hath heard of My grief and hath arisen to aid Me among My people. Blessed is he who hath laid down his life in My path and hath borne manifold hardships for the sake of My Name. Blessed the man who, assured of My Word, hath arisen from among the dead to celebrate My praise. Blessed is he that hath been enraptured by My wondrous melodies and hath rent the veils asunder through the potency of My might. Blessed is he who hath remained faithful to My Covenant, and whom the things of the world have not kept back from attaining My Court of holiness. Blessed is the man who hath detached himself from all else but Me, hath soared in the atmosphere of My love, hath gained admittance into My Kingdom, gazed upon My realms of glory, quaffed the living waters of My bounty, hath drunk his fill from the heavenly river of My loving providence, acquainted himself with My Cause, apprehended that which I concealed within the treasury of My Words, and hath shone forth from the horizon of divine knowledge engaged in My praise and glorification. Verily, he is of Me. Upon him rest My mercy, My loving-kindness, My bounty and My glory.

Holy Day, Kamal 6, 170 B.E. (8/6/2013): Ascension of The Establisher of the Baha’i Faith

Dr. Leland Jensen was the supreme defender of the Covenant in both it’s Greater and lesser aspects. He was promised in the religious scriptures and oral teachings of all people everywhere on the planet and prophesied by the prophets of all cultures for the entirety of the six thousand year Adamic Cycle. But for his purity of heart and firmness in the Covenant and by his mandate from God to protect, defend and teach the Covenant to the world and establish it firmly in this land (the prophesied New Jerusalem in the U.S.A.) we who’ve gathered under the Banner of the Most Great Name would still be wandering in the spiritual wilderness not knowing where to find the truth we have sought. Thank God for sending His Son to the world a second time to re-gather the elect unto the presence of Baha’u’llah under the Provisions of His everlasting Covenant!

Ya Allah El-Mustaghath!

The first and foremost duty prescribed unto men, next to the recognition of Him Who is the Eternal Truth, is the duty of steadfastness in His Cause. Cleave thou unto it, and be of them whose minds are firmly fixed and grounded in God. No act, however meritorious, did or can ever compare unto it. It is the king of all acts, and to this thy Lord, the All-Highest, the Most Powerful, will testify….

The virtues and attributes pertaining unto God are all evident and manifest, and have been mentioned and described in all the heavenly Books. Among them are trustworthiness, truthfulness, purity of heart while communing with God, forbearance, resignation to whatever the Almighty hath decreed, contentment with the things His Will hath provided, patience, nay, thankfulness in the midst of tribulation, and complete reliance, in all circumstances, upon Him. These rank, according to the estimate of God, among the highest and most laudable of all acts. All other acts are, and will ever remain, secondary and subordinate unto them….

The spirit that animateth the human heart is the knowledge of God, and its truest adorning is the recognition of the truth that “He doeth whatsoever He willeth, and ordaineth that which He pleaseth.” Its raiment is the fear of God, and its perfection steadfastness in His Faith. Thus God instructeth whosoever seeketh Him. He, verily, loveth the one that turneth towards Him. There is none other God but Him, the Forgiving, the Most Bountiful. All praise be to God, the Lord of all worlds.

To man, the Essence of God is incomprehensible, so also are the worlds beyond this, and their condition. It is given to man to obtain knowledge, to attain to great spiritual perfection, to discover hidden truths and to manifest even the attributes of God; but still man cannot comprehend the Essence of God. Where the ever-widening circle of man’s knowledge meets the spiritual world a Manifestation of God is sent to mirror forth His splendour.
